Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to understand their desired vehicle make, type, and features.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operations both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership’s computer database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales prices, including taxes, trade-in values, license fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.
  • Inspect lot inventory regularly through visual checks.
  • Complete all required paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver and familiarize customers with their new vehicles.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
  • Maintain consistent and predictable attendance.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to organize and follow up thoroughly with clients before and after sales.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
