Position Overview

As an Internet Sales Manager at Horne Kia, you will manage all internet sales activities. Your role will focus on generating and developing internet sales leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless car buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and perform a needs analysis to determine the desired make, model, and features.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operations both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Research vehicle availability and options using computer databases.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, including taxes, trade-in allowances, fees, and financing or leasing requirements.
  • Conduct lot walks and visually inspect inventory.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and provide product familiarization.
  • Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Gilbert, AZ location. Specific work hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • At least two years of automotive internet sales experience.
  • A minimum of one year of internet sales management experience or equivalent training.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively before and after sales.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
