Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Porter Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will support the maintenance and service of vehicles, ensure the lot is organized, and assist in delivering vehicles in excellent condition to customers. This position plays a key role in achieving customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead yourself and contribute positively to the team in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before delivery to customers.
  • Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages; report any issues immediately.
  • Clean interior and exterior of both new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain the vehicle lot in a neat and orderly condition, moving vehicles as directed to meet dealership display standards.
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles from and to storage areas as needed.
  • Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive.
  • Maintain the building and grounds as required.
  • Assist with shop cleanup and delivery tasks when necessary.

Work Hours and Compensation

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Gilbert, AZ. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate an automobile.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle machinery safely.
  • Ability to perform duties in a safe manner and pass pre-employment checks, including background, motor vehicle record, drug test, and credit report.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
